Food Hygiene Training

Food Hygiene Training 1​Food Safety Law requires that all food handlers are adequately trained in food hygiene to ensure that the food produced is safe to eat. Our trainers are fully qualified and experienced Environmental Health Professionals who provide accredited Food Hygiene Training which meets the requirements of Food Safety Law. Unlike some training providers we limit the number of delegates to a maximum of 12 per course to ensure an informal and enjoyable learning experience. All qualifications are awarded by one of the following Awarding Bodies:
  • Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH)
  • Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH)
We offer the following courses which can be delivered at clients premises or a suitable venue, subject to our minimum delegate requirements.
  • Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering
  • Level 3 Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing
  • Level 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision for Retail
  • Level 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision for Manufacturing
  • Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
  • Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Retail
  • Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Manufacturing
  • Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering Refresher
  • Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Manufacturing Refresher
  • Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Retail Refresher
  • Level 2 Award in Healthier Food and Special Diets
  • Level 1 Award in Induction into Safety in Food Premises
