Public Health
Our public health related service provides support and advice in relation to various situations which have the potential to threaten public health, whether physical or mental. Our clients include landlords, tenants, homeowners and their legal representatives as well as public sector organisations such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
As qualified Environmental Health Professionals we are fully conversant and experienced in all aspects of environmental health related public health law & practice and our consultants are members of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and/or the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH).
Our services are primarily aimed to ensure that our clients meet their legal obligations under the different Public Health Acts, however in the event of disputes we also offer a reactive service including the preparation of Expert Evidence Reports.
In general, all our public health services are offered for an agreed fixed fee although in more complex cases we charge on an hourly rate basis.
