Landlord & Tenant Disputes

As fully qualified Environmental health Practitioners with many years of housing experience, we undertake property inspections for both landlords and tenants and where necessary, on Instruction from legal representatives. All our inspections are carried out under the Housing, Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) in accordance with the Housing Act 2004 and as such all our Consultants have obtained the HHSRS Practitioners Certificate and are registered on the Government approved Occupational Health & Safety Consultants Register.

Our services include assisting both landlords and tenants in relation to disrepair issues and claims under the Landlord and Tenant Act. We are fully experienced in the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Disrepair Cases and can assist tenants and landlords by providing Expert Evidence & Reports where necessary. To this end, our details are listed on the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Consultants Directory as outlined in paragraph 4.6(a) of The Protocol.
